5 Different Sandwiches: Pit Beef, Our Famous Peach BBQ Pulled Pork, Italian Sausage w/ Peppers & Onions, Grilled Chicken, Grilled Portobello & Burgers

3 Different Salads: Macaroni, Mediterranean Tri-colored Pasta, Red-potato

3 Different Sides: Corn on the Cob, Baked Beans, Mac & Cheese

All the condiments: Romaine Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Fresh Horseradish, Tiger Sauce, Deli Mustard  & BBQ sauce. NY Kaiser Rolls and Hoagies. All necessary papergoods are included

Two Servers for a 2 hour Event: For each additional hour add $85.

Choice, Piglet, Goat, or Lamb cooked rotisserie on an open spit over Mesquite coals. $24pp
