The Drop-off

Bbq Drop-off

The Bbq drop-off has all the same great sides and salads as the company picnic only we prepare everything in-house and deliver it to your event. This is similar to Mission Bbq only I think we beat them on the variety and quality of the side items as well as the main dish choices. We will arrive at your location, setup the buffet line and/or food stations  with chafing racks-sterno as needed. Your volunteers will be responsible for keeping the line filled and cleaning up.

Staffing

Our service attendants have an eye for detail and know how to put you and your guests first. Events with more than 75 guests and those requiring china, linens and table settings will need an event coordinator as part of the service team. The event coordinator performs all the duties of the attendant plus has a managerial role to oversee the event and ensure a smooth transition through the itinerary. After you discuss the details of your event with one of our catering team members, we will determine your staffing needs and send you a detailed proposal for review.

  • Attendant – $175 up to 3 hours
  • Event coordinator – $300 up to 3 hours
