Choosing a caterer is not an easy task. Special and perfect: two words that every bride can identify with. To have a memorable event, you want to work with someone you can trust. Sunshine Grille is not an event planner, but we do know food and we know how to put on a show. We exceed our clients’ expectations and our events are the talk of the town – yours will be too.

We offer three levels of service:

  • Setup / Drop-off: Our staff will arrive at your venue, set up the buffet line, and leave you to party.
  • Buffet: Guests go to the buffet line to be served, and in some instances serve themselves.
  • Table Side: Refers to seated guests who relax at their table while staff delivers plated meals.

We have an impressive selection of menu choices in both style and price so you can throw an awesome party and stay within your budget. We invite you to schedule a tasting with us, where you’ll have the opportunity to see our presentation and try some of the items on your menu.

Sunshine Grille catering is friendly toward vegetarians, vegans and those who avoid gluten. We will gladly adapt our ingredients to accommodate some or all of your guests.

The wedding buffet is an attended formal meal that includes hors d’oeuvres for 1 hour, a second course salad, optional third course soup and an entrée served with both a vegetable and a starch.

Staffing

Staffing

Our service attendants have an eye for detail and know how to put you and your guests first. Events with more than 75 guests and those requiring china, linens and table settings will need an event coordinator as part of the service team. The event coordinator performs all the duties of the attendant plus has a managerial role to oversee the event and ensure a smooth transition through the itinerary. After you discuss the details of your event with one of our catering team members, we will determine your staffing needs and send you a detailed proposal for review.

  • Attendant – $175 up to 3 hours (additional hours $40)
  • Event coordinator – $300 up to 3 hours (additional hours $50)
  • Bartender – $175 up to 3 hours (additional hours $40)

Menu items that are prepared on-site and to order require a Chef who comes to your location and creates custom orders for your guests. Staffing includes setup, cooking & cleanup for up to a 3 hour event.
